Holy Cross Anglican School in Ambergris Caye, Belize has 400 full time students enrolled in preschool through 8th grade.
We need your help to support these children.
- It costs $300 to educate a child for a year at Holy Cross. This includes classroom supplies, the electricity for lights, fans and the computer lab, support personnel such as cooks, office staff and maintenance providers. The government of Belize pays for teacher’s salaries, but does not cover any of the operating costs.
- Many of our students come to school hungry. Hungry children struggle to learn. It costs approximately $1.60US per day, ($400 US per year) to give each child a hot lunch every school day.
- For $700 you can feed and educate a child for a full school year.
Holy Cross Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization, all donations qualify as tax deductible.
Recurring Donation to Support Holy Cross
- What impact does $25 a month have in San Mateo? Your monthly contribution will help to provide fresh drinking water, a uniform, shoes, and classroom materials to a student in need.
- The meal program at Holy Cross Anglican School is one of a kind. A high quality education is not achievable on an empty stomach. Just $35 per month covers the cost to feed a student at Holy Cross.
- The annual cost to fully sponsor a student at Holy Cross is $700. A monthly donation of $60 gives a chance to a student who otherwise would not be afforded the opportunity.
